How to Measure
Step 1: Tape a sheet of paper to a flat, hard surface, making sure the sheet is stable.
Step 2: Place one foot on the paper while standing, with your feet in line with your shoulders. Make sure to distribute your weight evenly on both sides.
Step 3: Ask someone to mark the tip of your big toe and the back of your heel on the paper with a vertically held pen.
Step 4: Remove your foot from the paper and use a ruler or tape measure to measure the distance between the two marks. This is the length of your foot.
Step 5: Repeat these steps for the other foot. Don't worry if one foot is slightly longer than the other; this is normal.
Step 6: Use the longest length to find your shoe size in our size guide. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one.
1- Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, approximately 2 cm (0.8 inches) below your armpits. Tip: Do not pull the tape measure too tightly.
2- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your torso.
3- Waist - Jeans: Measure your circumference at a point approximately 5 cm (2 inches) below your navel.
4- Hips: Measure just above the widest part of your hips, over your bottom. Tip: stand with your legs together but not touching.
5- Sleeve: With your arm slightly bent, measure from the base of your neck to your elbow, then to your wrist bone. Tip: ask for help with this measurement.
6- Inseam: Take the measurement on a pair of pants that fit you well. Measure along the inside seam, from the crotch seam to the bottom of the hem.
