Do you deliver to France?
Yes! Delivery is **free in mainland France** for orders over 129.00 EUR.
Do you deliver to Europe?
Yes, we ship throughout Europe. Delivery costs are automatically calculated at checkout according to your country.
What are the delivery times?
- Metropolitan France: 2-4 business days
- Europe: 4-7 business days
You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to track your package in real time.
My order was automatically canceled, why?
This may be a stock or payment issue. Check your banking information or contact customer service for more details.

Are the items 100% authentic?
Absolutely. All our items are 100% authentic and come from verified official sources. Each item comes with its original box and/or packaging. We NEVER sell counterfeit goods. Authenticity is our #1 priority.
Are the sizes EU, US, or UK?
All our sizes are indicated in European (EU) sizing to avoid confusion. We also provide an EU/US/UK conversion guide on each product page.
Are your photos retouched?
The photos are taken with care to represent the products as faithfully as possible. However, slight variations in color may occur depending on your screen or lighting.
How do I choose my size?
Each brand sizes differently.
A size guide is available on the website to help you select the right size for each brand.
If in doubt, contact us; we will be happy to assist you with your choice!

Can I try on the sneakers before buying them?
We are an online boutique with a physical retail location in Paris.
Alternatively, we offer easy returns within 14 days if the size doesn't fit.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: Credit cards (Visa; Mastercard; American Express) PayPal; ApplePay; GooglePay; ShopPay. All payments are 100% secure.
Is payment secure?
Yes! We use the secure payment system ShopifyPayments, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified (the highest level of security). Your banking information is never stored on our servers.
Are the prices displayed inclusive of all taxes?
Yes, all prices displayed on the website include applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated for orders outside the EU.
🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return my order?
Yes! You have 14 days after receiving your order to return it if:
-The size doesn't fit
-The product doesn't meet your expectations
-You change your mind
For your return to be accepted, items must be in their original condition (unworn, unsoiled); All accessories must be present
How do I make a return?
Our return policy is very simple:
1.Download and fill out the return form;
2.Send it to us by email at bluumparis@gmail.com for validation;
3.Return the package
4.You will be refunded within 5-7 days after receipt and validation of your return.
Are return fees free?
Return shipping costs are at your expense, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
Can I exchange my pair for a different size?
Yes! Contact us and we will arrange the exchange if the desired size is available. Delivery fees for the new order are free!
What if I received a defective or incorrect product?
Please contact customer service upon receipt of the package, with supporting photos. The team will advise you on the procedure for return or exchange.

How can I verify the authenticity of my sneakers?
Each item sold on Bluùm comes with:
- Authentic box/packaging with corresponding label
- All original accessories (extra laces, etc.)
We personally inspect every item before shipping.
Where do your sneakers come from?
Our items come exclusively from:
-Official Nike, Adidas, NewBalance stores, etc.
-Authorized distributors in Europe
We NEVER work with dubious sources.
What to do if I doubt authenticity?
That will never happen.

We generally respond within 24 hours (often much faster!).
Can I come pick up my order in person?
We are an online store with a physical retail location. However, in-store pickup for online orders (Click and Collect) is not yet available. All orders are shipped.
Is your customer service only in French?
Yes! We are a French boutique 🇫🇷
Our customer service responds in French and English.

Can I give a pair as a gift?
Absolutely! You can specify a different delivery address at checkout, and we can also add a personalized message upon request. We also offer e-gift cards for sale!
Do you sell used sneakers?
No, all our items are new and unworn.
We only sell authentic new items.
